Kavita is an ambitious and motivated individual with a desire to achieve and a willingness to learn. She has done her Masters in English Literature and is pursuing her doctorate degree in Leadership and Organisation Development. As a leader, she strongly believes that leadership is the ability to collaborate with others. Her goal is to inspire her team to reach new heights and to support them in their professional growth and development.

Leading her department is a privilege and a responsibility that she takes to heart. For her, leadership means fostering a collaborative environment where every team member feels valued and motivated to contribute their best. She believes in leading by example, demonstrating the importance of hard work, continuous learning, and resilience and that is the reason she truly follows the guiding principle- “Inspiration will come, but it has to find you working.”
