Ms.Jwairia Saleem

Ms.Jwairia Saleem is the Executive Principal at Woodlem Park Dubai. Ms.Jwairia carries a wealth of experience with her and has worked as Assistant Professor, school of continuing Education, Azim Premji University, Bengaluru where she was extensively involved in training and development of senior functionaries to support them in transforming public education to an outcomes and competency based system. She is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 21001-2018- in Education Organization Mananagement Systems-and has worked on School Audits and Reviews both in India and the Middle East- as associate inspector and School quality Reviewer in DSIB and BQA Bahrain, since their inception in 2009. She is passionate about and committed to systemic reform in education through intensive mentoring and coaching of teachers and leaders and writes for practioners- believing that change can be brought in only when the classroom practices are transformed. She received the Advaith Leadership Award in 2017 for her work in transforming school ecosystems.

Leading her department is a privilege and a responsibility that she takes to heart. For her, leadership means fostering a collaborative environment where every team member feels valued and motivated to contribute their best. It’s about setting a clear vision and guiding the team towards achieving the goals with dedication and integrity.

She believes in leading by example, demonstrating the importance of hard work, continuous learning, and resilience and that is the reason she truly follows the guiding principle- “Inspiration will come, but it has to find you working.”
